Manage My Pain Lite available on Amazon for the Kindle Fire!

We have finally been approved by the Amazon app store, and Manage My Pain Lite is now available on Amazon.com.  We are still in the review process for the Pro version, but take this version for a spin!  It is approved and working great for all you Kindle Fire users too!

Welcome Dr. Wilhelm Ruppen as an Advisor!

It is with great honour that we’d like to welcome Dr. Wilhelm Ruppen as an advisor for Life Control Software, Inc.  Dr. Ruppen is the Chair of the Pain Relief Unit in the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine for the University Hospital in Basel, Switzerland.

He is a published and highly-respected authority is pain management, and his guidance will be instrumental in allowing us to improve the way Manage My Pain collects information, and, more importantly, how it analyzes and reports on the information.  The objective will always be to better enable diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain.

We look forward to incorporating Dr. Ruppen’s recommendations in future versions of the app – thank you to Dr. Ruppen for joining the team!  We sincerely appreciate Dr. Ruppen’s precious time to make this project even better.

Another minor release published, Manage My Pain for Android v1.42

A small release was published today finally fixing all the crashing bugs that people have been experiencing. If you experience any crashes or instability, please do let us know!

Version 1.42 (02-May-2012):

Fixes:
• Random crashes and app re-starts for 480×854 devices
• Overlays can be changed on Calendar Tab

Minor update v1.41 released for Manage My Pain

Manage My Pain for Android Version 1.4 Released

We are very encouraged by all the positive feedback and comments. We are also taking careful note of all the requests for new features and functionality, which are being added to our development plan. Please keep the suggestions coming!

Website Challenges

Thanks to all who have written letting us know about the website issues.  We have been migrating our servers, and encountered a few issues.  Hopefully most issues should be rectified now.  The only remaining issue we are working on is displaying the images for the User Guide in Mobile view.

We have passed the 10,000 downloads threshold!

Thank you to our great user-base for all the bug reporting, recommendations, and positive encouragement.  It is because of you all that we have been able to pass the 10,000 downloads threshold on Google Play (formerly the Android Market).  We are working diligently on releasing the next update (should be by this weekend), and also the version after that!  We have some much-requested functionality in the next two updates and look forward to your feedback.

Manage My Pain for Android Version 1.3 Released!

Although we wanted to package this update up with a few more features, it was obvious that a lot of people were experiencing crashes when generating reports.  Hopefully this update will resolve all those issues, and thank you all for your patience!

Thank you all so much for your patience as we finally got through all the bugs and issues!  Today, Life Control Software is pleased to announced the latest version of Manage My Pain for Android – the most popular pain-tracking app on the Android Marketplace.
